Using Shopify B2B for Corporate Gifting
Overview of how Shopify B2B features integrate with Send To Many for corporate gifting, including vaulted payments, catalog pricing, and payment terms.
Shopify's B2B features integrate directly with Send To Many for corporate gifting. Vaulted cards, catalog pricing, and net payment terms all work with your aggregate invoices.
Shopify B2B is now available on all Shopify plans. Previously, B2B features required Shopify Plus.
What B2B Enables
Vaulted payment methods let you charge a saved card directly when the aggregate invoice is created, without needing the gifter to click a payment link or pay through checkout.
Company and location associations link each Send to a B2B account and specific business location, so billing, pricing, and payment methods are applied automatically.
Catalog pricing applies B2B-specific prices to the gifter order instead of storefront pricing. If your B2B customers get different rates than retail shoppers, catalog pricing handles that.
Payment terms like Net 15, Net 30, or custom schedules are applied from the B2B account automatically. On Shopify Plus, you can also add deposit requirements for large orders.
How It Works in a Send
When you create a Send for a B2B customer:
- Select the B2B customer account and company location.
- Products display catalog pricing if configured for that location.
- Generate the aggregate invoice.
- B2B terms, pricing, and payment method auto-populate on the draft order.
- Send To Many charges the vaulted card, or the gifter pays according to their payment terms.
- Once paid, recipient orders generate automatically.

Quick Setup
To use B2B features with Send To Many, you need a Shopify store with B2B enabled, at least one company with a location, and a customer contact assigned to that location. For vaulted payments, a saved payment method must be configured on the location and the "Charge vaulted payment method" permission must be enabled in Shopify settings.
