Bulk Order Dashboard & Data Exports for Shopify

Track Send activity, order status, and revenue from the Send To Many dashboard. Export detailed CSV data for fulfillment tracking, tax reporting, and custom analysis.

The dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of Send activity, and every Send has detailed export options for fulfillment tracking and reporting.

Dashboard Metrics​

The main dashboard displays key metrics across all your Sends:

  • Total Sends: all time, billing period, or last 30 days
  • Total orders generated: count of all recipient orders across all Sends
  • Revenue tracking: total revenue from Send activity
  • Checkout metrics: started and paid checkouts for multi-recipient flows
  • Inquiry form submissions: tracking for inquiry form activity if enabled

Send Summary Page​

When you view details for a specific Send, you get a complete picture:

  • View all generated orders with status, fulfillment info, and tracking numbers
  • Click View in Shopify to filter your Shopify admin to just that Send's orders
  • Access direct links to each order in your Shopify admin
  • See failed order details and retry individual or bulk orders

Use the "View in Shopify" button to quickly see all orders from a Send in your Shopify admin without searching.

Export Options​

Send To Many provides multiple export formats:

  • Send summary export: all orders with status, tracking, delivery info (CSV)
  • Fulfillment status and tracking export: focused fulfillment data for logistics
  • Tax detail export: tax info for accounting and compliance
  • Excluded rows export: records not processed
  • Analytics data export: detailed metrics for custom reporting

Each export is in CSV format and ready to download from the Send detail page.
