Add line item properties to products in a Send

You can now add custom properties to products when creating a Send. This supports gift sites to add Thank You notes, custom boxes or other customizations that pass logos and information as line item custom properties.

• Add one or more customization products to an order in the Product step
• Add image files or other information to specific products
• Any information or logo files included by a customer in an inquiry form is available to use when adding a customization product to a Send

Quantity columns in import files

You can now specify the quantity of each product in an upload file, allowing for different quantities being sent to different recipients.

• When creating your upload file, add a quantity column corresponding to each product column in the file, specifying a quantity for each row and product
• If you include a quantity column for one product, you need to include a quantity column corresponding to every product column
• Individual rows can have one or more products. Just be sure to fill them from left to right for each row.
• Each different SKU and quantity column will be mapped separately in the upload process, allowing any necessary editing during upload
